At Growth Ventures, we invest in rapidly growing companies from different industries and sectors. We look to invest in companies that, when compared to their peer group, can justify a $30 million to $400 million valuation at the time of the closing of the Reverse Merger.

Growth Ventures, its President, or related entities invest in every transaction in which Growth Ventures is involved. Sometimes investments are made into the private company prior to or simultaneously with it completing the Reverse Merger, other times investments are made directly into the Reverse Merger vehicle, and at times, investments are made into both companies.

Significant funding, and multiple rounds of it, are normally critical for public companies. Before we invest, we refer companies we are interested in to Placement Agents, Broker Dealers, and other contacts we have relationships with to secure their interest in taking the lead on a larger funding simultaneously with the closing of the Reverse Merger and in secondary rounds of financing.
