In the opinion of Growth Ventures, Inc., the ultimate success of any business is its people. The success of any public company is contingent upon the board of directors, its management, staff, and employees, and their ability to create and execute a successful business model. Growth Ventures provides tools, insights, and experience to assist the company. We do not sit on the board or become an employee of the company on a post Reverse Merger basis.

Growth Ventures, Inc. is not a licensed broker dealer and as such receives no compensation related to capital formation. Growth Ventures, Inc. assists companies through the Reverse Merger process by consulting, and it acquires equity in the private company, in the Reverse Merger vehicle, or both.
